| A busy week with Surrey Walking Club competitors in two other events in addition to the above all held in various levels of rain. Stephen Crane was 5th in the one hour event completing 10.789 km or just a shade under six and three-quarter miles. Slightly further back dad, Peter, missed 9km by only 3 metres but unfortunately we did not complete our team with one disqualification. |
