| One of the clashes with the National 10 miles was the Final of the Southern Area Masters Tack & Field League Final at Ashford where Peter Hannell finished 3rd in the M50 2km for second claim Club Blackheath & Bromley HAC and so contributing to their victory in the event. Times were slowed for all events by a strong headwind on the final and the walking events were no exception |
