All personal details supplied when you joined the Club (name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number, etc) are visible ONLY to officers (Membership Secretary, Treasurer, etc) of the Club.
The Officers will only use your personal information for the purposes of club
administration, such as reminding you when you need to renew your
membership, to provide you with information about meetings of the
club, events organised by the club and information that is relevant to
you as a member of a walking club.
SWC will NOT sell or give your
information to any third party; nor will your details be available to
other members of the club without your explicit permission.
You may, of course, opt to share your contact details with other members of the club.
