| Sunday 28th March, conductor Don
Bolton. Start Guildford Station at
09:10 - note change to time of trains and start of walk -
(Waterloo 08.00). Return trains 06 and 35 mins past the hour.
Route Description: Morning via The Chantries and Blackheath Forest to The Volunteer pub in Sutton Abinger for lunch. Then past Paddungton Mill and onto the North Downs Way to go to Newlands Corner for tea. Back to Guildford Staion via St.Martha's Church and Pewley Down. Explorer 145 plus a few miles on 146. Distance 21 miles. |
